The Opportunity
Our client is a specialist Building Surveying division within a larger global consultancy. With a strong foundation in Ireland and a significant untapped client base internationally, they are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to help grow their Dublin office.
They deliver a full range of traditional Building Surveying and Project Management services to a diverse, global client portfolio. Typical projects include:
- Pre-acquisition surveys for investment firms
- Commercial office fit-outs – Design, Specification Preparation, Procurement & Contract Administration
- Contract Administrator and Employers Agent role.
- Condition surveys and Dilapidation reports/claims
- Technical Due Diligence for funders and investors
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) management

Who They’re Looking For
This is a client-facing role, and the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of leading projects and influencing key stakeholders. The company thrives in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment, and they seek someone who values teamwork and mentorship.
- Chartered Building Surveyor – Open to candidates from 5 to 20+ years PQE
- Proven ability to lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and deliver projects
- Experience in client relationship management and business development is a plus
