One of our longstanding clients, a well-established provider of project management services to the property and construction industry, is seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely under the guidance of three senior project professionals, supporting the delivery of a long-term, large-scale framework agreement with one of the company’s key clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating the activities of three Project Managers, acting as a key interface between the internal team and project stakeholders.

This position has been carefully designed to offer structured development and clear progression. The directors have mapped out how the role will evolve as the successful candidate gains experience and confidence, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to fast-track their career in project management within the property and construction sector.

Candidate Profile

We believe this role will ideally suit:

• A construction or engineering graduate with 1–2 years’ postgraduate experience
  or
• A graduate from a finance or business background with demonstrable knowledge of the construction industry, including familiarity with industry terminology and practices

Location & Requirements

• Office-based role in Dublin 4, with excellent public transport links (DART and multiple bus routes)
• Full driver’s licence required
• Access to a vehicle is essential, as site visits will form part of the role in the medium to long term
