Tom joined an Executive Search firm in the capacity of Vice President. During this period Tom honed his skills working with leading US firms on their talent management acquisition projects.
Having developed his executive recruitment skills, Tom returned to Ireland to set up Elysearch and Placement, which concentrates on the offering of advice to senior professionals seeking to develop their next career move.
