We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our client-side team in the Kerry region. This is a full-time, office-based role with regular site visits, meetings and engagement across multiple live projects.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a varied construction portfolio and work closely with design teams, consultants and contractors across a range of schemes.
Assisting in the management of multiple construction projects from design through delivery
Liaising with design teams, consultants and contractors
Attending site meetings and undertaking regular site visits throughout the Kerry region
Supporting programme, cost and quality control
Working within a multi-disciplinary client-side environment
Office based with independent travel required to sites
Circa 3 years’ experience in the construction sector
Background in engineering, surveying, architecture, construction or site management
Degree qualified
Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
Exposure to public works contracts an advantage but not essential
Engineering or construction management background desirable
PM qualification beneficial but not mandatory
Able to work independently and take responsibility for your role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT and reporting capability
Full driving licence and able to travel to sites
